Return Policy

CANCELLATIONS: If you send us an email within 48 hours of placing the order and production has not begun on your item, we are willing to cancel your order and issue a refund. After 48 hours (or sooner if production has begun), we are unable to issue a refund as we will have secured the merchandise to fulfill your order and/or spent time on the graphic design.

RETURNS: Custom engraved cannot be returned unless damaged in transit

ERRORS: If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to correct the error or replace your item with the correction at no charge. If the mistake was yours (i.e., you gave us the incorrect spelling on a name or typed a message differently than what you had thought), then we cannot give a refund. However, message us and we may be able to offer a discount for the replacement item.
