Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION: Our production is about 3-5 days to ship custom items. During the holiday season, due to the large volume of orders, our production timing of custom orders is in the 1-2 week range. Please plan ahead and save us both from stress. :)

RUSH ORDERS: If you have a rush order, please message us prior to placing your order to ensure that we will be able to meet your deadline. Please note that we will not see any note you put on the order itself until your order comes up on the work queue. To save all of us from frustration and disappointment, we will only commit to a rush order if we are confident that we can meet your deadline.

SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping from Southern California. As soon as your item is ready, the Track Package button will be activated on your order. You can check the tracking by going to Purchases & Reviews under the You menu.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING: The following countries provide tracking information for packages after leaving the US: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland (current as of 02/15/15). For packages going to other international destinations, tracking will be updated only until the package leaves the US.

POSTAL DELAYS: Please be aware that postal delivery dates are simply estimates, not guarantees. As long as the tracking is still showing some movement, then all should be well.

LOST IN THE MAIL: We will replace your order at no charge if the tracking number does not show as "delivered" AND tracking shows no update for three weeks (eight weeks for international packages sent to the countries listed above that provide tracking). For international packages to countries that do not provide tracking updates, we cannot replace packages after proving shipment. However, please contact us and we will work with you on a compromise.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the delivery date according to USPS tracking (or within 8 weeks of the order date if the country does not provide tracking to delivery).

CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility. We are not able to pay these fees in advance from the US.
